Polypropylene sack, more accurately referred to as PP bag & sack, or PP woven bag & sack, is made from PP fabrics in various grades, patterns, prints, colors, sizes, and capacities. Due to its attractive features, PP bags have quickly gained popularity in the market and are now used in a variety of industries. PP bags are used in food products, textiles, nuts, fertilizers, powders, cement, granulated chemicals, and more. They are ideal for industrial packaging and commonly used in packaging applications.
PP Laminated Sack is produced by applying a lamination coating to synthetic sacks. The main feature of laminated sacks is their resistance to moisture and water, as well as their ability to prevent leakage of powdered products. They can be produced in single-sided or double-sided laminated versions.
It is generally used for packaging and wrapping products such as cotton, yarn, and fiber. Harel sacks can be produced with either a single or double stitch at the bottom.
Glass sacks, with their durable structure, are among the most preferred products for transporting vegetables like potatoes and onions. They are the most economical type of sack used for agricultural products. Thanks to their transparent design, they are convenient for visual inspection. Additionally, they are available in overlocked or hot-cut versions.
Big Bags are large sacks made from laminated or non-laminated fabrics woven from polypropylene (PP) threads, designed for packaging, transportation, and storage of powdered and granular products. They are capable of carrying between 200 kg and 2,000 kg
The holes in the mesh sack prevent the transported product from getting wet. It is used for transporting fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, onions, peppers, and eggplants. The sacks are packaged in bales of 1,000 pieces.
Standard PP fabric surfaces are laminated with paper coating in brown and white colors using state-of-the-art lamination technology. From the outside, it has the appearance of a paper bag, but in terms of structure, it combines the durability and strength of PP fabric. Our next-generation PP + KRAFT bag, which is expected to attract the attention of many industries, is produced in our facility to meet the needs of our valued customers. Brown and white kraft alternatives are available. The bottom seam is made with single-fold and chain stitch options, while the cut is done with a straight cold cut. Printed production and gusset options are available upon request.
BOPP coating allows for high-quality, realistic printing to be applied to products, making it highly sought after by various industries. In line with customer demand, BOPP films are laminated onto PP synthetic sacks, coated according to the desired standards.
